About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Manager Business Applications to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, integration, and optimization of our business applications portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology infrastructure aligns with our business goals and drives operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of talented application specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Champion the effective use of our Infor XA ERP system, including Financial and Purchasing modules.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of our HighJump WMS Distribution system, ensuring its security and functionality.
• Possess expert knowledge of EDI transactions and integrate "3rd party" solutions like mobile RF, eCommerce, Supply Chain Planning, and Financials Forecasting.
• Manage the integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with our ERP and other systems.
• Oversee transaction database architecture and schemas, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Spearhead IT project lifecycles, including implementation methodology, SDLC, SOD, change management, and documentation.
• Manage and maintain SaaS and Cloud-based systems through effective vendor management.
• Utilize ticket systems to efficiently manage requests, incidents, and problems.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions for project and request intake.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop and implement team policies and procedures.
